Just like that we transited from February to March 2020 and we found ourselves in a different phase of life of so many uncertainties, can you believed that some people, businesses, organizations, government parastatals were yet to pick up for the year many are still in the euphoria of the new year, just beginning to go to their drawing table to start work for the year. some are just even setting up meetings with partners on what the business year will commence with, some lined up vacancies to be filled, about to roll out the job opportunities, many had just set up seminars focusing on how PowerPoint should take its course with ways and method to accomplish it.


I can just imagine banks, the marketing department who will have doled out to the staff the financial target for the year, and the energy department filling Form M and letters of credit that will aid the importation.of oil into the country. But this is not the situation of a stitch on time saves nine, it is a matter of sudden transformation that shook the world to its foundation. Our health service sector will not have expected that they will have so many patients in their hands that will require the institution calling for the retired personnel for help or the research institute working without stopping with the eager desire to find a cure, am seriously amazed surely convinced, a reset button was pressed and began to doubt our core beliefs, core goals and vision statement as an organization. Everything has to change now from the small organizations to the multinational who are yet to join the millennial, the virtual age, the online meetings and discussion to review the new vision statement, the focus, and base of the organization, individuals who are yet to metamorphose and leverage on the talent, gifts, business accuracy, pattern, methods, that has been given them upper hands in their field.


COVID- 19, A NEW PERSPECTIVE MUST SET IN you have to wake from the shock now and go back to your drawing board and look for the way out, stop moaning or only thinking of how you will get people out of your boat before it sank, what happens after, you yourself need that perspective that will take you to cross this pandemic moments.


We do not choose the pandemic moments, it chose us, now stand up to it so that you will not drown, your perspective must change, there are so many ways you have neglected before, start visiting your library of ideas or meet up with professionals that will kick start for you.


The most dangerous situations we can imagine could happen to you is not the sudden appearance of this pandemic, not the probability of losing that contract due to review of price, or the loss of business partners who decided to have a rethink if they should come onboard anymore. My dear it is not even the market system that will skyrocket their prices and which will leave many dumbfounded, the world as a whole becoming hostile because everyone needs a hand now to boost the economic system not a sabotage. All these are not even pandemonium enough as per not to change your PERSPECTIVE on the way forward or how to start coming to terms on what else to.leverage on at this moment. Your perspective now will become the driving force energy, power, inspiration, change that will keep you afloat shipwrecked looming at you. Be realistic, as position and stand of everything has changed let your perspective change, start thinking and working forward, the next phase of every business will surely go viral, being on social media will no more be sinful as concluded by some but the reality of the time is here, so many will even prefer all affairs now to take place in the clouds.


Perspective is very strong decisions that change our past to align with the present also it brings us to the understanding of the present vocation and help us assumes the responsibility with every ounce of strength and determination to come out on top. it brings us to face reality, takes the anxiety away, makes us have a positive mindset, focus on the solution, prepare for what is coming, give strength to our weak body, makes us brave, align our motive with the responsibility that awaits us in our profession. Looking at the pandemic situation from the eye of a survivor who wants to live above the present, taking the bull by the horn, turning away fears, and count the cost.


The way you entered this year in your professional life, business life, career pursuit should be receiving a reconsideration now since the budget from the government has become unrealistic, some already have a system to leverage on while some will have to start steering towards reality and others will need to find their bearing, check the momentum and see where they will launch.
