NOT THE TYPICAL BLOOD
Deuteronomy 12:27-28 declares the way at which offering was offered to God in the old testament and how it should be presented. It is used for the cleansing and remission of their sins because at this state the only way chosen by God to cleanse the people before coming into his presence is through the shedding of the blood of the animal. It says “Present your burnt offerings on the altar of the Lord your God, both the meat and the blood of your sacrifices must be poured beside the altar of the Lord your God, but you must not eat the blood, pour it out on the ground like water. This illustration shows that it is the life in the blood that matters to God and that is what pays for the cleansing of the people and that is why it only lasts for a period of time because men kept committing sins and that makes them continually renew the sacrifices anytime they want to come before God.
THE BLOOD OF GOATS AND BULL AND ASHES OF HEIFER were always sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean to sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean and the same sprinkled of blood on the doorpost of the children of Israel was used during the Passover in Exodus 12 where God majestic power saved them due to the mark. The BLOOD OF CHRIST is unblemished to cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living GOD HALLELUYAH.
Partaking of the BLOOD AND THE FLESH as stated in John6:53, Jesus said in his word to us “very truly I tell you, unless you eat the FLESH of the son of man and drink his BLOOD you have no life in you, this act is the one we experience by observing the holy communion Jesus requested that we should do this in remembrance of him.1cor11:23-25’
We need to come to terms with this understanding of what Jesus’s death and resurrection stands for, we already have FORGIVENESS let no one or any past sins hold you captive. “In him, we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace. Only what the father is waiting for is your repentance, his love is stretch out to us in Christ Jesus, when you accept Jesus as Lord and confess him as your savior you become saved.
Our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Wake up to this reality, the blood was not shed in vain, it is to bring us to the revelation that Jesus blood was meant to give us healing, to translate us from the kingdom of darkness to light we are not supposed to be in constant struggle with ourselves, neighbor, family or acquaintances they are not our enemy even if they gave themselves up for it. No matter how wicked the enemy was towards the children of God there is always the last card that God uses against the wiles of the enemy and that is the blood. It was displayed in Exodus 11, how the sprinkled of the blood saved all the firstborn of Israel from dying, 1john5:7-8 the Spirit, water and blood confirms the human testimony about Jesus that he is the son of God which reveals the victory we have in Christ Jesus as we believed in Him, Heb 12:22-24 the sprinkled blood which speaks forgiveness.
Whosoever the son sets free is free indeed, the blood was poured out for many for the forgiveness of our sins, deliverance from curses, the blood serves as an atonement, you cannot remain under the curse of the law, cursed is that man who hanged upon the tree for us. Refuse to be bound, you are free, he paid the ransom for your deliverance, refuse to live a low life, wretched, poor and savage life, the price for our abundance life has been paid, Jesus said his purpose is for you to have life and have it in abundance. The mouth will speak what the heart is full at, fill yourself with the word of your redemption and speak because there lies your deliverance through speaking.
But you have come to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. The blood only speaks what is for our peace, joy, abundance, salvation, righteousness, deliverance, it negates every handwriting of hell against us the blood gives us the privilege to sit among kings, in heavenly places, we operate from that status quo, you are no longer a slave, you are a child of God. There is room for you in the kingdom, the blood was shed for you too and you have been called out, the hand of fellowship is stretched out to you take it and be blessed because in him we move and have our being and in him only our redemption lies. Speak what the blood speaks, Sprinkle the blood as it is sprinkled and partake in taking of communion as it was ordered by Jesus. This is the victory we have through faith.
