WHAT EXERCISE ARE YOU ON ?
Amid COVID-19, it became compulsory to engage yourself in the form of one exercise or the other if you do not want to become slothful and weary.
Aerobics is a form of exercise have always like to do, so when my daughter came across the body project cardio, I jumped in but I learned there are different result we wanted to achieve so different work out program like beginner, intermediate, high and low impact exercise for gaining body weight, muscle building, and fat burning.
Instead of me joining the fat burning exercise, I wanted the low impact cardio hoping it will be simpler and faster in achieving my goal, not until I participated for weeks and realized I was not burning fat, and my daughter wanted to build muscle was able. After that, I returned to the fat-burning exercise and then realized how simple and effective it is.
This experience taught me to always take challenges head-on and never quit. The journey to success will not always be smooth it's either you pay the price or someone pays on your behalf.
You might have gotten one or two experiences similar to mine, maybe a course you will like to embark on, establishing a relationship, daily life decisions to take, let it not be base on mere assumptions only wanting to avoid pains, forgetting that no pain no gain. It might even be trying to lose some weight, please do go for the right program for you, no matter how tedious it might look, serving the right purpose and achieving the aim should always be uttermost in your mind.
