CONSISTENTLY CONSISTENT
There is a different category of people in life. Some are doubters who do not see any good coming out of any situation. You see doom even before the project starts. Once a man I knew who cannot see any business coming through to success even before it begins. All he sees are obstacles and excuses.
Another can see halfway through. believe that if you add two and two together you might get to some level of the project. but cannot imagine how you will crack the nut. How that client will agree to your demands and give you the project. Their glass is always halfway never full.
But the Cc ones see no obstacles, give no damn excuses, make time to make it happen come rain or shine. Such a person gives their word and stands by it. The one that refuses to let go, put all the know-how, and even borrow knowledge only to make sure the job gets done. you might be dependable and not consistent, teachable, and not a Cc these does not win the prize.
The Cc can take on an assignment and you can go to sleep. Their weakness cannot make them give an excuse, they take to learning, all in their minds is to get the project done. Cc devise a way, create it if it is not there, trust in teamwork. Refuse a No as an answer, believe where the No comes from a Yes can also surface.
