LEADERS AND AUTHORITY
It's asked Jesus on whose authority are you to cast out demons from the possessed man? That is who gave you the authority. Jesus is an authority because he and the father are one. Righteousness is the watchword so demons got to obey. To be a leader without moral authority is one with followers that is only taking a walk not leading.
Authority gives the leader a voice. It helps in accomplishing purpose, visions, and dreams
It’s operated from a positional or relational standpoint. The highest operating level is moral authority.
According to John Maxwell. it is the authority that is base on who you are not what you have attained. IT IS EARNED BY A LIFETIME CONSISTENCY. Leading with integrity great success for a long time. The followers at this level will submit to the leader with ease. And will be ready to make sure the mission is accomplishing.
A leader operating from a moral standpoint gets to leave a great legacy anywhere posted. You are not using position to intimidate people. You are being followed and obey because of the track record you have set.
Organizations will thrive and succeed fast. when Leaders are ready to be responsible for the people who are responsible for the customer.
Let Monday’s motivation begins, Lead from the moral standpoint of authority. Monday set the tone for the week.
