LIMITLESS MONDAY (13)


You say to the millennials, you are the future, the Leader of tomorrow. You‘ve got to get your act together, you are too slow for my liking, you party a lot, you take nothing to heart. You have to wake up to your responsibility. Do you even pray at all?

This and more are the lectures we give the teenager and youth. But many are only reflecting the attitude borrowed from this day's adult, this day boss, today's mum, and dad. They do not know better, grew up in it, they feel entitled to everything and anything.

So for that reason, you need to show empathy. patience to teach, hear out their complaints, lend your wise words, be the compass that guides the way. Be in readiness to help and correct in love.

Remember you were once a youth, a subordinate, a junior officer that once needed guidance. Be tolerant and as gentle as you can. The new perspective should be to stop competing. stop nagging, start complementing, and start to build.
