Language can be a barrier if not understood. the greatest language in business is understanding your customer’s language. a skill that required harnessing. Many speak but few connect. It does not take anything to speak but it takes a lot of energy to move people. Organizational success depends on how much of your customer language you understand.
The theory if you help people get what they want, they will help you get what you want is true and real. Connecting is about the other person. You have to forget yourself in speaking and in conversation and see to the need of your customer. It takes a lot of patience to connect.
A customer. comes to your organization with the intention of getting results and making progress. The ability to go first and ask how you can help goes a long way. Win the day is not about winning first but win altogether.
