A solution provider will never go forgotten. Value-added into the organization will not go overlooked. if not rewarded now, life will reward you. Consistent timekeeping and time-valued employees will open more doors. Defaulters are not rewarded. How much kindness you show your staff and colleagues speak volumes.

John Maxwell was once asked by his publisher to write a book on Business Ethics. He said there is nothing like that. Ethics is ethics you either have it as a virtue or not at all.


CHOOSE TO BE KIND
Stop saying we are in the office, forget about your personal feelings or family problems. You're paid to work and that you focus on. I need to trigger you because before being a manager, supervisor, head of the unit, or floor member. They are humans with emotions. not robots and so as a leader you need to listen. Create a good atmosphere for people to care for one another. DO NOT BE INSENSITIVE.


BE A HARD AND SMART WORKER.
The slogan in the office. "work cannot finish no matter how much you try hard." But you can do the sizable work. That makes your organization profitable and increases productivity. It is the main purpose of being in business. Without it is a waste of time.


BE CONSISTENTLY CONSISTENT AND AVAILABLE
A worker with these two virtues is scarce but if you have them guard it. You are priceless. You do your work with diligence and professionalism and will pay off. A man came to John Maxwell when he was pastoring a large congregation. He chose to help every Thursday afternoon to run errands. like topping his gas. going to the drug store. laundry takeout and pick up, and any other chores that might hinder the focus of the pastor on the big picture.
The pastor never forgets after so many years, and that many burdens lifted. The man became part of his Success story.


BE COURAGEOUS. GIVE COURAGE.
Your link in the organization can save thousands of wrong steps. You are as important as the decision-makers. courage is the most powerful virtue, give it, take courageous steps. This saves. Without it, You cannot practice other virtues. Maya Angelou


STOP LICKING BUTTS
The time you spend doing this will have to increase your creativity on the job. When you do this you are only saying you are not good. you need a shortcut to rise. Your boss will always get the gist and keep you on the spot. It means you do not have the gut to be among the game-changers.
No man has the power to liberate a noncreative mind no matter how much he tried. You get used and dump.


GROW ON THE JOB
Your exit must be more glorious than your entrance. Fill your cup. Become so skill and be fantastic flat out said OPRAH. Take certification courses, learn skills, and master your game. With all these you are adding value to yourself, more capacity that will enable you to succeed. KNOW your art. Be so vast in knowledge in and outside your scope. No knowledge is a waste.


DO NOT FIGHT FOR THE BEST CORNER IN THE OFFICE
While you are fighting for the best corner. best salary. best Furniture. best cars.best allowance. Others are looking for the best side hustle to fall back to when it's time to leave. Be content, put your energy to use in a more productive manner. Do your job, focus, and be vigilant. Be seen and heard. Let's feel your impact. A moment with the right person can get you more than what you can imagine.


LOVE DOES NO HARM TO A NEIGHBOR
Never be a part of one who sells the company’s trade secrets. Be loyal. You sell your company, you sell yourself. As you do to others, so will someone do to you. keep your side of the bargain. Your soul worth is far above rubies.


BE SPIRITUAL
You need the spiritual connection to your maker through JESUS. You are twice paid. Here and there. Heaven
