In the eighteenth century. there was an outbreak of infectious disease that ravaged the lives of women who gave birth. whereby the woman who gave birth died within forty-eight hours. The black death of childbirth infections spread by the doctors who try to find solutions.
In the morning they conducted autopsies and in the afternoon they will go and deliver the baby.

Oliver Wendell Holmes. discovered that the doctors that deliver babies. In the afternoon don't wash their hands before delivery.

They refuted it for thirty years because they didn't agree that they were the cause. Until someone else came by and suggested that they wash their hands. Then the black death of childbirth disease disappeared.

Most times floor workers get blamed for low productivity. when It could be management that refuses to take up their responsibility. You become low in revenue if you do not provide the enabling environment. If you did not approve the necessary equipment and materials to finish the work on time. You are the problem.

Some organizations. Professionals staff, floor managers do not check the day-to-day running of activities. The contact number on the organization’s website is nonfunctional. for so long and no one cares. Response to mails is redundant. Management cannot leave their post to come and run the floor. You are the problem.

So much pilfering can happen in a production plant. when you create loose ends. if there is no check and balance to curb malpractice. When You neglect the innovative checkpoint for securities. You are the problem.

If you are a leader of any establishment. You owe it to your subordinates. To provide a smooth running atmosphere guided by rules and regulations. with realistic measures to carry it out.

Accidents and mistakes. do occur if someone somewhere refuses to attend to their duty. You could be the missing link that is causing the major problem, take responsibility.
