We are in the age of celebrity advertising. Social media does justice. You have to push out what you've to sell. It is important you let the world know how much contribution you have made to your community. I don't have a problem with this lifestyle at all.
Your community contribution enables you to get tax deductions. In some advanced economies, you're expected to file the records. This enables the authority to reckon with. So making noise about you and your giftings is the way forward in this age as long as you can deliver.
While all this celebrity advertising is going on. It is very important that you do not neglect those in quiet service. There are many of these ones who make sure that life becomes safe and sound to live in.
Highway managers are cleaners in my country. Those that keep the highway from dirt that causes hazards to life. Risk their lives to make sure your car tires are safe from getting punctured and keep you safe. These are leaders in their own capacity.
I realize there is usually no medal for the one who is a teaching assistant. Such one makes the classroom atmosphere right. for the teacher to teach the children undistracted. Because the assistant takes the burden off the teacher. They're seen feeding and cleaning the kindergarten.
Life blesses us with individuals like the help in our home. The security guards. The gardener. The estate gatekeepers. and the drivers. who we regarded as uneducated and underserved of our respect at times.
The office assistants organize and keep the environment clean. But they are informal leaders. if you make the best of them. Treat them like any other worker in your space. they will protect you, your company, and your household with their lives.
What do we say of the technical personnel that works behind the scenes? We see a smooth-running organization or church service. You seem to forget that it takes tonnes of hours to get a tape edited. or analyze data to the standard that can be acceptable. This is a quiet service that cannot get ignored.
