Getting success and greatness in an organization or system depends so much on some kind of politicking. It must get fair but pursued.
In an organization, every leader wants a level of success to set their existence and person into the limelight.
Everyone boosts the ego and helps increase productivity. It is at this juncture that some politics gets needed.

Politics is improving someone's status. or increasing power within an organization. Sometimes it gets handled with much care and utter cruelty. Every team in an organization directs their energy into getting the work done to receive the glory.

All machinery required to get done has to emanate from the group leader. In this process, the leader positions his team members to progress and success in their way.

For instance, the absence of security personnel could hinder the team's adequate performance. The team lead is to request cooperation and be on good terms so the goal gets achieved.

The process of goal setting and achievement is beyond having the talent. It must incorporate every other leg of the organization to make it a reality. You WILL need to be sure that you appeal to the support of other teams in the organization. For their part, the vision can receive equal attention from all quarters.

Can you imagine if the front liners are at war with backends.? The frustration of both will affect the smooth running of the organization. A little politicking will ease the tension and cause success to be in view.

It cut across all spheres of life, including the marketplace. There is no head of the market OUTSIDE the peasant sellers. It is like a leader without a follower. The same goes for to transport section of any nation. A ruling with some politics will make the place suit for governance.

Every organization that brings people together to improve their status and increase power. Stabilizing the economy can get referred to as politics. We all need a little bit of politics in directing our personal affairs. You should practice the clean one, not the dirty one done out of mischievous.
