LIMITLESS MONDAY
A PROBLEM IS A PROBLEM WHEN THE PALACE SAYS ITS A PROBLEM.
Which metric scale do you use in measuring? Effectiveness, satisfaction, tasks well carried out? Do you have a different measuring scale for Employee A? And a ruthless unrealistic measure for Employee B.?
Every organization gets the policies and guidelines that control the affairs of the organization. They give every employee a healthy measure of competing to succeed in the same field of their duties.
Fingers are not equal. Height, likes, and approaches are not. But when it comes to bringing in the people that work in the organization. The cards must get laid clearly on the table. Let every prospective employee know what they are coming into.
Human resources personnel do this a lot. You use a staff of the same cadre of qualifications and experience. You choose to pay one higher than the other. One came through the MD, another through the gateman. Yet these two work their ass out and produce the same result.
Institutions get run down due to an incompetent approach to attending to and solving problems. You use different strokes because you look at people's faces. To the management, the problem is not a problem because you choose to look away. You refuse to declare it to be one. But the employees are dying under the crunch of the heavy repercussion.
Nations. Systems. Institutions. Organizations and families have lost their grip. They have lost the impact it makes and the effect it ought to have on the good people. At every point, you chose to be partial. Any time you go the other way of implementing policies, rules, and regulations.
These sorts of behaviors only hinder progress. Also only drives the good and efficient ones away. And the organization gets filled with fake and incompetent people. Who later become people pleasers. Let the palace know that anything spoken behind the door. It will either create a conducive atmosphere. That can further progress or cause a retrogression state. So be consistent.
