You are the CEO of your life. Your vision will get carried out, run with, and ready to accomplish when you create momentum for your team. when your plan for a project gets introduced to the team. And you later walk away expecting your team to figure it out. The project will remain on the shelve.

If you only cast the vision without creating momentum on how to achieve it. The team will not be able to accomplish this. You are responsible for building the people required to work on the vision. You are the Leader to set the aspiration that equips the team.

When you dream a dream and play it in your thoughts so much that it gets released, Let the Team see the visionary sit with the team and manufacture the momentum. Make the team know the core values that will be the cornerstone in achieving the dream.

Your team will fly riding on your back. An eagle will back the young eagle to the highest level and come to the lowest ebb. The eagle bird will continue to do that by creating momentum for the young one before he drops the young one to start thriving. It takes time for the young eagle to manage, but eventually, it gets a grip on itself.

Leaders must set the pace. Invest in yourself. Spend time with your key players and invest in them. Fill your dream with passion and recognize the contribution of your team players. Momentum attracts. Do yourself a great deal, put your ego away, and allow yourself to the level where your team will understand your vision.
