There is no best company. There are only better ones that take what their competitor is doing and innovate on it. And be ahead of each other at that point.

Organizations should not over flogged their staff because marketers did not hit the numbers. It is wrong because that act could lead to depression for the workers.


Infinite business exists even when the owners are fast gone. And it is because such leaders create an environment to go on after them. Such a company makes people's welfare as important as the increase in figures.

The well-being of employees that a happy father and a peaceful mother translate to a stable family. And such stability. It will get turned around to impact the company in the end.
