There is dignity in Labour. You have to take up the responsibility of being a good citizen. that wants to contribute to the development of your nation. And of your neighborhood, family, and self. The best way to do it is to work and use your skill in the best possible way to contribute to the growth of all around you.

During Childrens Day, they get asked about the hero in their lives. Then each one started to declare why their hero deserved to be the one. A girl said my daddy is my hero because he paid my school fees. The girl has not faced any form of embarrassment in school, which could be the reason she chose her father as her Hero. She must have seen some friends get sent back home.

Dear father, you are only a hero if you go to work and do it with dignity and not to war. Many go to work every day with war in their minds. The plan to tear down subordinates rips people off their honor by causing them to lie and cheat.

To work or to war is a thing of choice. You can determine how you want the day to be. Your team is your mini world you ought to take care of. The world you get supposed to nurture and bring the best out. Your family is the tribe you grew up with to do life together. Have you vowed within you to tear it down or work it up?

Spending eight or more hours a day together in the office should amount to great bonding. But if it turned into a war environment, It would be a waste of time. It is getting to the girl's story. What sort of a father are you? The one who works hard to pay the school fees or the one who war. By Destroying the work, the honor, faith, and fate of colleagues to pay school fees?

To work up for the good of your family, it's your dignity. To wear it down will be to shame. Arise you that believe in work. It does not matter what your skill, The professional. the boardroom personnel, and the neighborhood carpenter. The driver, the roadside pepper seller, and the influencer. The content creator, the mechanic, the cooks, the President, and those serving with him. There is dignity in labor. Choose to work and not to war.
