The story is of the man who owns the Leather store in Medina Market Marrakech. His store is of quality Leather, made with bags, belts, shoes, purses, cushions, and the rest. He knows the fabric called leather. He also knows what products to store and in what shape the customers want them.

His only weakness is that he could be a better marketer or salesperson. He gets angry when your bargaining is not going his way. If he cannot get you to buy at the amount he gets presented, he flares up, takes the goods from you, and walks away.

At this, everyone went home happy. The shop owner is satisfied, and the customer is as well. Increase in sales, increase in the influx of customers.

CEO lets your salesperson and marketer work. It is required of you to provide an enabling environment and make authorization easy and fast. Do not leave them on the sidewalk. Let them do what they get trained for, to sell.
