LIMITLESS MONDAY
CULTURE
A systematic way a community or organization adopts to regulate their behavioral pattern. This culture can become a way of life that others learn to respect and follow suit. There are both positive and negative cultures.
Some organization's culture is absolutely on trust. Gaining customer's Trust is a priority for them. Making an effort to trust each other as staff is the backbone. Having the management know that the employees will be loyal to their responsibility. Then the way round also, where employees have trust that their employer will always have their back. The best culture any organization should desire.
Culture can improve growth when companies protect it by showing good examples. The senior staff must display a good representation of such culture so that it will send good vibes to floor staff. A pure Cultural behavioral pattern sends a good impression.
We are in an era when Gen Z and Millennials occupy quite a percentage of the workforce. It is very appropriate for Leaders to emulate in pursuing their rules and policies.
They are a generation that watches you like a hawk. What you do and the way you don't speak volumes to them. Many in those generations have gotten some wrong advice in communities because they're disappointed by the Leaders.
It's high time some cultures get eradicated or reviewed. For instance, the policy that exempts women from taking maternity leave or leaves them with no salary payment for that period. An act, one that requires an elimination.
Some organizations refuse to give thirteenth month's payment. It serves as compensation from the organization to show appreciation for a well-done job for the year. This act could also determine the performance of staff and the income revenue of the organization.
Leaders with negative culture. Whose interests are only to gain recognition and accolades. Such organizations lose good staff and breed disloyal. Companies that do not have check and balance gives room for corrupt Leaders to thrive.
