LIMITLESS MONDAY
YESTERDAY ENDED LAST NIGHT.
Angela Bassett received an Oscar award last night. In her speech, she gave accolades to Cecy Tyson, How the life of a legendary woman means a lot to her. And the way her career took a good turn because of her relationship with her. But at the end of the speech, she said every black woman is looking for an opportunity to prove her worth. And that they all deserve it. She then concluded by saying that the best is yet to come.
Yesterday's glory ended. The award Plaque has become a thing of yesterday. She will always work harder to be deserving of another one.
In case you had failed in what you were doing yesterday. I have good news, disgrace, and the disappointment ended there. A brand new day allows you to try again. Whatever you looked forward to and could not achieve yesterday, learn the lesson and move on. It all ended last night.
People find it difficult to enjoy today, to concentrate on what got lost yesterday. Deprive many of focusing on today and enjoying. The vision and desire for tomorrow have robbed you of appreciating where you are. You do not know when the moment's excitement is gone because you give it no regard.
Exaggerating what tomorrow holds makes you go overboard in getting finance. It makes you associate with the wrong people in the name of wanting to belong to a circle. Give that child another opportunity to sit for another exam. Do not rule such one out. It happened yesterday, but today is another day. It can still be good.
Above all, today must matter to you. Give it all your energy, and bring your best foot out today. Look your best. Yesterday is over with last night. It's a new dawn, a new day. Put your best foot out. Today matters. Yesterday will always end with LAST NIGHT.
