Corporations, profit-making, profit-sharing organizations, and Fortune 500 global organizations, are not out for play. A lot has been invested. Founders risk a lot to get it established. Many generations of wealth are at stake.


Such organizations are meant to take the partnership issue seriously. getting committed staff involved in the management. This is supposed to be as important as the risk of the generational wealth put together


I met a guy at a corporation. Being hardworking is an understatement. A good communicator, customer service oriented. This worker is good, he knows how to navigate between customers, getting you to love new products from the company it's not a problem. His charisma is beyond like none.


He is into the restaurant business. The delicacies are good, but the worker's commitment and charisma win a lot. But the unfortunate happened. He left the country, left his job for a greener pasture. How do I know this, I called the organization to order my usual soup but only to find out that he is miles across the sea in London.


The corporation had a great mind, if he had been offered shares in the company, he would have stayed back knowing he had a stake in the business. It is a good idea when companies recognize their best staff and pull them in. It becomes a winning game. The growth will stride higher and safety becomes a goal for the new shareholder.


A lot of good hands left our shore to become second citizens, become a menial job pursuer leaving behind promising and stable jobs due to some greedy attitude of company owners.

Inflation runs down the Increase and commission. However, a stake in the business keeps workers focused and stable. Be aware that all efforts will not be in vain
