DEEP BENCH
At the sports Arena or on the field of players you get to see some benches occupied by team players. They are also good in their area on the team. But are kept in reserve to have other sets that can reinforce the present players.
There will always be a reason to bring up a new player to enhance the performance. The purpose is to bring a new vibe, another energetic sound to the team. It enables the team to become spirit lifted to improve their success rate.
The deep bench attitude is compulsory in every phase of our lives. The home front must have players from their children and wards on that bench to reinforce the growth. This inclusive act will expand the scope of the business and hold on to the beliefs. The deep bench in homes means you invite and include your children in running the affairs in the house. (spiritual and physical), and businesses.
Organizations' deep-bench affairs in the system invite. involve, and include their young staff in continuing the organization process. It opens the company up for outright growth. This promotes the organization's beliefs. This will set the pace for the upcoming leaders and make continuity easy.
A nation with no deep-bench understanding of the youth will soon go without a trace. And it is like running on two cylinders instead of firing up the six cylinders for results.
It is time to rise in all walks of life. THE CHURCH, THE HOMEFRONT, BUSINESS MOGULS, CEOs, DIRECTORS, PRESIDENTS, and YOUTH LEADERS. You must begin to have an inclusive government for the next generations. This will further the course of your visions and missions.
You cannot only embrace them but empower them. The youth are to get invited, involved, and included in the running system.
Tomorrow begins now. Let your future leaders start leading now. incorporate them into the system. and give the necessary support and budget to fulfill the visions. Do not shut them out. They are not here to take you out but to reinforce you.
