HEADCOUNT VS HEART COUNT
When you are in an organization that regards numbers above people. That one that works with headcount ideology. “Your figures are dropping daily and if you do not catch up, you might exit This is the attitude of a head count manager.
“I notice your figures have been inconsistent for the past three months. Is there any problem at home if you need anyone to talk to? My door is open. This is the attitude of the heart count manager. Every staff member will love to come back the next day even if it looks bleak. The staff knows someone cares.
Am I my brother's keeper, Cain said that to the maker. Society, organizations. and the government repeat that same wrongdoing. When a manager is more concerned with head counts attitude. Such a manager regards everyone as a number that can get ruled out if you do not align as expected.
A manager with the Heartcount ideology will treat followers. citizens, and subordinates well. You give room for people to change and learn. Your heart goes out to them as someone else's child. And you know you will never throw your son out of a job. You keep pushing to be better.
This has taken a bad turn on our Education System. It is becoming more concerned about the metric. We end up leaving the children lost.
We look out and advert for more students. Without putting in place a mind to help the child get formed in character and life.
You must have the courage to seek after heart counts philosophy against head counts. because we are moving to change the world. To be that Leader who seeks well-being above personal gains
