The battery could be charged to full capacity and you refuse to explore. When you put your phone into charge it comes to full capacity. Some refuse to watch videos on the phone to preserve the power the phone has gained.
Even using other apps available on the phone is a problem for some. It becomes an issue of wanting to keep power rather than exploring. why the phone has all the features the owner is more concerned with saving energy.
This illustration is exactly how some professionals. Educators, managers, and clergy people chose to keep their knowledge from others. Imagine a manager whose capacity has increased by the management. He got exposed to lots and lots of training. And still gets intimidated by a junior staff member. who requested more information to perform better on the job.
You can only perfect your giftings when you explore. You are to throw fear into the bin, when you desire to make many managers, with great abilities. Then life will flow in all directions.
Organizations can begin to explore. Human resources practitioners will look at lifting and training. The organization should start impacting the staff with the necessary information. Provides the tools required. It also applies to senior clergy personnel who are supposed to open up scriptures to the members. There will be liberty to thrive in the Lord and promote growth.
For your battery not to work at full capacity means. You are limiting your visibility and keeping your vast knowledge under the table. You are crippling progress as leaders. You leave your followers in the dark.
Time has changed, the season is different, and the more you give the more you get. The more honor gets bestowed on you. And the more we all shine. And as we increase in light, darkness moves back. The practice of exploration in the medical line will open innovation. And that increases knowledge and ability to do well.
Life is to explore and throw fear into the bin.
