PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY WORK FOR.
Lack of communication is the beginning of bad relationships in the organization. A lack of response indicates that the other party does not care. A bridge will do which will make up the essential reason Why life is good.
An employer is a person who gives you a job, and the opportunity to experiment with what you learn or know. It is that one person that takes you from one step of realizing the vision to the other level.
The founder has a vision. knows the vision, and gets people to help realize the vision but will not relate with the people. Many workers only see the mail, hear voices, and clean the office but cannot see or know the boss.
Workers need to hear how the vision should run from the visionary or representative. Then the work will get played out. And without knowing the purpose achieving the result will be like beating the air.
I would love to know why employers refuse to identify with workers. and that person who gets burned out to keep the bankrolling. I wish the employer could come up with authentic reasons why they keep masks up from their employee.
It can only be that you are doing to others the same way you get treated. But that has to stop. Life should get to enjoy not endure. There are more benefits when you identify with the fears. and strength shown at work and the family that matters to your workers.
You will gain by confronting your fears and creating a new path to run a business and manage people.
