YOUR PROFESSIONAL, TAKING OR GIVING MENTALITY
It's said that when you get a platform make sure you sell yourself. Let the people know all that you are and what you sell. It is because that might be your game day.
We are giving the opinion that opportunity comes but once. And you go out with the mindset to put to the face of the audience only what you want to get out of them. That is selfish.
As a public speaker. author. and politician. you should be curious about how well you want your listeners to get answers to their questions. —being concerned about their feelings. Your audience with the necessary information.
Let the audience choose if they want your book or your connection, and be your follower. It is wrong to do this after displaying all your social handles. on the board, and then mentioning your new book about a dozen times. It shows all you are after is for them to buy your book.
Since the country needs to check the authenticity of your documents, the attitudes towards tourists must be respectful. and make them feel welcome.
The attitude of taking cuts across all spheres of life and leaves the world full of takers, not givers. The world goes round and beautiful when you come with the mindset to give and help people to know and learn.
Genuine followers and fans will seek you out when you first love them, Invest in them, and care for their growth. These will stick with you during your trials.
