HOW DO YOU AFFIRM YOUR STAFF AFTER A SEEMINGLY LOOK-LIKE FAILURE?

Everybody, every staff member wants the approval of their Leader. The player looks for the approval of the coach. A trainee will want to achieve a milestone to show the trainer how well the training has helped.

In life, the majority of our best students look forward to being on the Ivy League roll. We'll bring if children will love to make the parents proud. The new executive officer will be most delighted to get the high mark.

Most times some expectations get cut off, and the best student does not get the best prizes. The proactive and hard-working staff lose on getting the best corner in the office. Students fail in their best subjects, and teachers do get disappointed.

The Leader. the parents. and the trainer must learn to let their subjects know they have done well at this stage of their lives. Many have given up. It would be best to let your team know there is room for improvement.

You can reward your staff for taking that initiative. You can do well by letting your best footballer know the best is still ahead. You can still win. Your mistake should not define you.

The leader should let only positive comments soothe the wounds of their member. It heals fast.
