PERFORMANCE VS TRUST
You can have it all. Get a staff with a great attitude, achieve great performance, and get trusted. A home assistant has been working for about a year now. Her performance is great. Along the way, her trust virtue gets tested, and she is faithful.
On some occasions, you can find a hardworking person who keeps up the time, is accurate in administering plans, and gets results, but often, you will be let down by their inability to be faithful in handling cash.
You can be an A-row staff. Every virtue is nurture and it only takes working in and out of you to get that smoothes.
We are all a work in progress. But you do not need to put your employee in a tight position because you are a
LOW PERFORMANCE WITH HIGH TRUST or a
HIGH PERFORMANCE WITH LOW TRUST.
You can do all things through Christ which strengthens you. Also without Him, you can do nothing. Stay on your matter with prayer and fasting. Resist this attitude. Ask for more grace to shine for Jesus.
This Book of the Law will not leave your mouth. but you meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success. Joshua 1:8
This is true. It may br difficult but it's not impossible. Because we can do everything through Christ who strengthens us
