LIMITLESS MONDAY; YOU ARE NOT- WITHOUT keeping your WORD

LIMITLESS MONDAY
YOU ARE NOT- WITHOUT keeping your WORD

A ten-year-old contesting for class president. The Leader advised him to make sure he meant what he said so that his leadership role became relevant.

My words are, “ I will see you next week,” and” I will help as much as I can.” As a new convert, I was consumed by the zeal of the house of God, so I was always available for everything and everyone.

I later realized that making those commitments without checking my calendars always gets me in trouble. My refusal to do my part could only be because I feel tired and want to change my mind.

I learned early through HolySpirit that my word is my bond. It will impress my heart that I must keep my word. I always try to be careful in my commitment or notify my inability to fulfill it/

But what we have now in society is appalling. Because words have become so cheap that keeping them means nothing. We should teach the young leaders around us the importance of not joking with words
.

Teaching is the duty of every adult to see our society sanitized from this ill effect. We can achieve this by all taking responsibility. And that is to point out the danger of playing with words and learning to keep your words. And the result of letting people down without feeling morose.

Our society gets sick and is full of people with no integrity. Such leaders will rule with no value for the people. All their manifestos will be a Cham. It is high time you and I prepare to do our part in building the people that lead the society.

  1. This made me take a pause and think of all the things I've said on the past both good and bad. Thank you ma for calling our attention to be careful with the words we say
