Pearl farmers must have immense patience to wait for a pearl inside an oyster shell to develop. It is when a pearl in an oyster is ready. The harvester opens the shell, extracts the pearls, and evaluates them for quality. Some oysters can produce two to three pearls throughout their lifetime. but only an oyster with pearls of good quality will repeat the process.
Some pearls take six months to form, while quality pearls take four years

Seeker or sleeper. Pearls are not forever, but the seeker takes on patience because it gets created to be sought after. How hungry are you for success? for greatness, or that new level you desire?
You fail once, and you hang your boots. You are not hungry. You make one attempt, and you keep mute. And you declare that is not for me.
You pray, and the answer has not come. Then you close up and believe the lies that say some of us are not created for great things. The Lord is king, most High is to sought for, seek after, wait upon., No one orders him around. As a maid look unto the mistress and servant unto his master. So you're supposed to look upon his hands for mercy.
You become tenacious in business. discovery takes many days of research, and there is much testing for certification. You roll out for success and then think you get it on a platter. You must be joking. Intentionality and consistency go hand in hand.
