LIMITLESS MONDAY
GOOD{SKILLFUL} AND FAITHFUL WORKER
An employee could come to work every day, be time-conscious, and dress well. The Code of Conduct gets kept. They stayed at their jobs for eight hours. and never became skilled at what they did, but were faithful in their attendance.
It is not good to note. that despite all the training, education, learning, innovative machinery, and mentorship. Some staff will not improve and will refuse to perfect their skills. They are faithful in coming to work every day. doing the wrong thing, and not achieving results, and they get satisfied with it.
In some public work environment context. The staff does make a quotation to mean that ‘whether the work gets done or not, my monthly salary will be complete’. Some employees do not care whether they become skillful or not. They only want to be faithful to get found sitting at their desk.
It's enough, darling, you're created to become the best at what you do. Why do you not want to get called a good and faithful servant? You can only receive the faithful award when you have become skillful at what you do.
Being good is in your hands to work as you get the training. You have to keep doing it to get skillful at it. Do not allow a slothful, nonchalant attitude to kill your morale. It's only that one that becomes skillful and uses its talents, gifts, to perfect its work. Such a one is then regarded as being faithful.
As human beings, you get to practise these activities every day to get actual results. If you use your hair dryer, you must turn it on before using it. You do not leave it to itself. Turn on what you have learned, put your intellect to use, put the power of knowledge to use. And you will become skillful.
