As a mother of two wonderful children, I grew up striving for excellence in all spheres of life. I carried my children along in all that I do, and I insist that they must know all that pertains to being great in life.

 
One of my quotes to my children is that you aren't competing in life with dull and non-intelligent people. Your mates are going to be smart, educated, and savvy in their profession. Wake up and get ready to compete and stand out.

 
So, because of my desire to see them Excel, I put a system in place. I will take their notes at every term, read all subjects, and do pre-exams with their notes. I always say that the teacher won't set questions outside the syllabus.


I will insist that they attempt the pre-exam at home. Grade the pre-test and ensure the correction of the grade before the school exams. My children always come up on top. They did so well that their friends in school always asked how they had access to the questions. My son will say it's my mum who gave us pre-exams before school exams.


And the children will ask. How is your mum able to get the right question to set? He would say, It is by the Holy Ghost. It is a system I put in place that worked.
 

A genuine system structure can do wonders if you are intentional about running it. That organization puts structure in place. The organisation that insists on professional training and retraining employees. With up-to-date tools and coaches from the junior cadre to the top official. It rewards innovative performance. gives recognition to standout employees. And allocates some shares of the company to long-serving staff.
 

You are setting up your organization for growth and stability that the world will look out for. The consistency of these will put the organization on a pedestal.
 

It works because it has been the system in both the home and business, and it's yielding great results. Employees will be ready to go to any length when they are sure you have their back.
 

School authorities should go the extra mile for their students. You will always have parents who are ready to follow through. by making sure their children follow your system. The glory of a school is the glory of the students. who pass exams with flying colors and become great in their professions.
