To become the leader who inspires others. You have to learn to stand in the face of adversity, seeking the last solution, not a shortcut. You must be sure you know why you are standing so you can give your team clarity.
Having grit is resilience. Being determined to approach purpose as a marathon. In the face of opposition, roadblocks, and lots of inevitable occurrences. Staying put to achieve the result.
Passion is not enough when pursuing life endeavors. Scaling business, receiving the next award for wins. Set above odds to push your product into the market. It requires both passion and perseverance for that long-term goal.
Besides having grit, it also means you have solved the identity problem. You know what you want and what you will not take in any circumstances. Also, get to understand that grace is significant in putting you in the room that matters. And to speak right when you're called.
There is an Enabler that no one can ignore because He purpose-designed you to suit his agenda. The Almighty invisible hand that moves all things around. To ignore Him is to get left in the wilderness on your own. And unfortunately, you become lost since you do not have the map.
How consistent are you? Maintaining focus after you have set higher goals. over the years without being distracted. It is easy to set your mind on others' wins, get motivated, and challenge yourself. But you need to know the nitty-gritty of activating it.
Do not succumb to becoming less or aspiring for the least after a setback. in career, business, education, or lifestyle ambition. learn your lessons, add more knowledge, and aim high. Your perseverance and focus should give you another opportunity
