Is it IQ OR KIND LEADERS ACHIEVE TEAM SUCCESS?
It's recently been concluded by intellectuals that a brilliant group does not achieve success. Because they are after outshining each other, it is more important to them to show who is the smartest in the world of brilliance.
Whereas when ordinary people gather, the leader is kind. The leader gets to accept their ability but lean on each other to get better. The leader gets to be kind and look after each team member so that all come out on top.
It is time for organizations to build the leader that lasts. That sees greatness in all their tribe's people and watches over them to inspire them. Rather than focusing only on numbers and organization, great leaders should emerge.
Data has shown that when KIND leaders with a great IQ take the role. It will achieve beyond imagination. Huge success awaits any tribe that looks after its own.

Remarkable leaders should not worry about being the best performer. But the group that grows by holding each other's hands. until we all enjoy working together.
It would be better if organizations started emphasizing teamwork. It will be for the good of the tribe and the healthy formation of the organization. Society at large can come from the Leaders you have raised.
