ACKNOWLEDGE TO GIVE EXPRESSION
There is a tendency in you to feel that the way of humility is to hide the good thing in you, which is for the growth of humanity. There is a possibility that you think that by being quiet and shy, you earn yourself a good place with people.
That can only work if you are living in a space with no humans. The good virtues in you are there to give life to the world you exist in. To elevate the standard of men to the position of champions. You have the strength, wisdom, power, and ability to help man function in the real habitat of champions.
What plan do you have this week to move your team forward, keep them motivated, and keep them winning? Growing and accomplishing the task. Are you aware that the leadership virtue is to reproduce more great leaders? That will rule their world with excellence.
The good in you must grow through learning; read widely to expand your scope. Get literate in other endeavors that serve as tools for your expansion. The day of being ignorant is over. No excuse.
The rules of the game have not changed. What you do to others in goodwill will come back to you in good measure. Shaking together and running over, will men give to your bosom. Put off the old man and his tricks. Put on the new man with his benefits. The world cannot entertain another Hitler who was shaped by his society to become the ruthless one that has ever ruled.
Comrades, we've got this one life, and we have to live well. Do all within your power to become and bring to fruition the good that lies within. Give yourself as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable, as a transformational leader.
There is good in you as your subordinate. The team, family, friends, society, and community are waiting to see and learn from. Hiding and being prideful will be a colossal loss.
