Participant: I charge $2000 and above, depending on styles and each customization
Coach: Have you seen customers asking for reductions, claiming that counterprices are outrageous?
Participant: Yes,

Coach: You drive customers away when you decline
Your response shifts the negotiation from price to the value of each dress. You are also focusing on the memory of the last event after wearing it.
Your immediate response makes your customers feel you are only about the money. Not their feelings.
But when you open their eyes to the benefits of the product you are offering. It becomes difficult to reject the price. I supply health drinks to the stores. Sometimes customers meet me and say the price is high. How will our customers be able to buy them?

Enumerating the benefits of a product or service keeps the arguments at bay. The customer sees the reality. Sales reps.should arm themselves with this understanding. Knowing the core value of the products they are selling.
